DOOR Parts - Self Developed Hardware
Bluekostech’s very own over head door design has been enabled to have stable movement and operation by using our self developed Track, Roller, Side-Hinge, Main Bracket, and Lower Hinge parts, designed especially for use with the chain-type doors
Track
Unlike cheap Chinese products made with steel offset bars, BLUESKOSTECH tracks have been self-developed and self-produced by extrusion forming high tensile aluminum. Our products have been heating treated, the thickness strengthened and there is no rusting and no deformation. The curvature was produced through molding techniques eliminating deformation while bending thus facilitating the accurate maintenance of balance.
Roller
By using Urethane instead of steel, we significantly reduced noise levels and load pressure to reduce the bending effects, the axel size has been increased from 11mm to 12mm. You will find the BLUEKOSTECH Inc. logo on the inside of the Urethane part.
Side Hinge
The hinges are attached to the right and left end caps to connect the panels to the track. Our self-developed products have improvements from the cheaper Chinese parts and our logo can also be found on the front.
Panels
Produced directly by our headquarters, it’s possible to choose from various color and thickness options. Our products stand out from our competitors as proved by various certifications and test results, including wind pressure tests (55m/sec) and thermal transmittance tests (2.02W/(M2.K))
Main Bracket
Self-developed, self-designed and self-produced, our brackets have been optimized for chain typed systems
Lower Hinge
These hinges attach to the lower right and left part of the door panels and are responsible for lowering and raising the door. The product has been self-developed, designed and produced and is not susceptible to damage or short-circuiting.
