Motor Load Sensor
This system senses the amount of load taken by the door on descent using the integrated sensor and reverses the door upwards if in case the door is placed under a higher than average amount of load.

Blue Beam Sensor
A Blue Beam Sensor is installed 700mm of the lower part of the door, which reverses the door back upwards or stops it completely in casein senses an obstruction in between the sensors.

Vehicle Approach Proximity Sensor
Placed on the exterior upper part of the door, the system reverses the door back upwards or stops it completely in case it senses an approaching vehicle from the front The sensor does not function when the door is completely lowered, but it can be programmed to do so upon the client’s request.

Signal Lighting System
The system helps the driver of the vehicle to see at eye-level a signal light system - similar to that on road signals - to allow them to stop and go following the signals being displayed
